I’m writing this letter as an appreciation of your staff’s care for Ms. B for whom I’ve been doing physical therapy for quite a while. All of your staff have been very knowledgeable and have gone far beyond to deliver the best care for the patient. At all times, they never hesitated to help me rehabilitate the patient. They are excellent in motivating the patient to do exercises and to perform transfer board transfers. I’m so thrilled to see the schedule Kayla has framed for the patient so as to do all the activites during the day for the patient to have better quality of life. She has even included a time to do home exercise program which is so vital for her to get better. They have been patient, supportive and encouraging during all my visits and I would gladly recommend your company to any of my patients in need of your service.

Thank you for all your kindness and understanding during this most difficult time for our family. My mom has done a 180° from what she was capable of 20 months ago. Our family has had a difficult time accepting this personality my mom has developed since Waverly’s death. She was just so strong before it is just heartbreaking to see her so incapacitated.

We just wanted you to know we appreciate your devotion and thoughtfulness. You have taken a burden off of us by providing such lovely women to care for mom. We like Carol a lot and wish her the best and hope her husband is well soon.

I wanted to write a note to tell you again how much we appreciate your help in taking care of R at home (and at the beach)! We were always so glad and so relieved to see you come walking through the door! You always amazed us with your solutions to whatever needed fixing.

We would never have been able to keep R at home so long without you on our team. Your hard work, patience, and dependability were appreciated very much. You always show grace under pressure and helped settle us down when we got stressed out. I hope others will go the extra mile for you the way you always do. Whoever gets to work with you as their nurse is very lucky! R loved having you here, and so did the rest of us.

You will be greatly missed, but we are glad R is finally at peace. He suffered more than anybody should. I’m also very glad you got to see the video of him talking – a character to the last!

I want to tell you how appreciative I and all of my family are for the excellent care that you and your service provided to my mother for over three years. You said the first time that I met you that you were trying to create a company that could provide the help that you were never able to find when your father was ill. I always remembered that. I think you have held to that principle. It shows in the quality of your employees, the consistency of the service, and the high level of integrity demonstrated in so many ways.
