Employment with us will provide you with the opportunity to gain knowledge and use that knowledge in direct client care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). Your responsibilities include: Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (Dressing, Bathing, Grooming, Feeding, Ambulation), providing assistance with doctors appointments, errands, and community outings, medication reminders, preparing meals in accordance with dietary needs, light housekeeping and individualized client enrichment programs.

Care for one client based upon a personalized Plan of Care, Providing activities of daily living (ADLs) to clients in accordance with individualized care plans. Providing basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens as applicable. Maintaining a safe, neat, and clean environment. Communication with clients, families and other Healthcare Professionals to assure friendly, compassionate and well-rounded care.
