WRITE A SHORT ESSAY

INSPIRATION TO HIGHER EDUCATION

On a separate paper, please prepare and type a well thought out essay about why you are working as a Care Provider and how it inspires you to pursue a higher education. This essay should be no more than 750 words, typed, double spaced, with your name in the top right corner of each additional paper and attached to this application.

HOW MUCH FUNDING IS NEEDED?

TALLY YOUR EXPENSES

Attach two (2) letter of recommendation (only one can be a CENN employee/supervisor).

Provide proof of working a CENN an average of 25 hours or more per week for the last 6 months.

Include reward amount you are seeking up to $1000 and what it will be used for. (ie: credits, books)
